I am a young lady of unique "dimensions. I have a small waist but large bust, so when I shop for juniors' items I often have a hard time finding styles that don't look silly on me. I was very anxious about the waistband of this one, but it fits great. Very comfortable material; the upper part is a stretchy cotton and the bottom is a thinner material; exactly like a lady's kerchief scarf. Though it does fall a bit short - so watch out on windy days :P Goes great with various leggings and tights though - lots of colors to work with. Caution - it has to be handwashed or you'll lose your sequins. Sometimes if you brush your arm along the waistband you get little scrapes, but it's nothing impossible to work around.
